4. Shipping
   Orders are processed in the order they are received. Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Once an order is shipped, the risk of loss transfers to the customer.

   All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any reason if the issue does not fall within our replacement criteria.
